In view of the Celebration of National Library Week, a Book Exhibition is being organized by Library & Information Centre, St Philomena College Puttur in association with Internal Quality Assurance Cell, from 14th to 19th November 2022 to mark the 54th National Library Week Celebration.

The Principal of the College Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro inaugurating the Book Exhibition Programme said, "Library is an amazing destination for anyone who wants to lead a hassle-free happy life as it is the place which has answers for most of the questions of life hidden in the books compiled in the library. Students need to come out of mobile mania and sneak a peek to the outer world to strengthen their longevity by learning to lead a happy life by improving the knowledge and skill necessary for life".

Dr A.P. Radhakrishna, Vice Principal and Coordinator of Internal Quality Assurance Cell was graciously present on the occasion. The College S.G. Librarian Abdul Rahman G informed that nearly 580 Books on Value Education and Personality Development are displayed in the Exhibition. It will be open for students and staff between 9.00 AM and 4.00 PM.

Members of Library Advisory Committee, faculty members, Library faculty, office bearers of the Student Council and students were present.

Dr Vijaya Kumar Moleyar, HOD of Kannada compered the Programme. Manohar S G, Librarian PG Centre for Research, proposed vote of thanks.
