St Philomena College(Autonomous) was founded by Msgr Antony Patrao who felt that a College in this part of the state would save the people of the inconvenience of moving to distant places for higher education. He set out to realize his dream and the mission was accomplished in the year 1958.

Guest talk on Capital Market Awareness

The PG Department of Commerce (M.Com) has conducted a guest lecture Programme through online on 05/04/2022 on the topic ‘Capital Market Awareness’ in  B1 Class Room at 10AM.

The resource person of the programme was Mr. Ramachandra Bhat, Department of Commerce MGM College UDUPI.

He gave detail information about Stock Market. He explained the uses of stock market indices. There was fruitful discussion at the end of the session.

Co-coordinator Mr Yashavantha G Nayak and all the faculty members, students were gathered for the programme.
