About Us

St Philomena College(Autonomous) was founded by Msgr Antony Patrao who felt that a College in this part of the state would save the people of the inconvenience of moving to distant places for higher education. He set out to realize his dream and the mission was accomplished in the year 1958.

OVERALL CHAMPIONSHIP

BBA department of St Philomena College, Puttur have won various prizes in the National Level Management Fest “SPINOUT—2023” held at St Aloysius College, Mangalore on March 31 and April 1 2023.

Aditya Dongre of III B.B.A. emerged Best Manager and Kripali Rai, III B.B.A. and Bhavishya Rai III B.B.A bagged I prize in Marketing event.

St Philomena College, Puttur  secured Overall Championship . The student participants are, Adithya Dongre, Lokendar Singh Rathore, Rakshith JH, Mahammad Thanish, Krupali A Rai, Vaibhav Rao III BBA, Bhavishya Rai, ShriNidhi K, Rashi Rai, Nireeksha II BBA, Ram Kishor B, IBBA.

Rev Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro, Principal of the College, congratulated the student participants.

Dr Radhakrishna Gowda, HOD, Business Administration, Prof Prashantha Rai, Convener Management Association, Prof Abhishek Suvarna, Staff Coordinator, guided the students to participate in the National Level Fest.
