St Philomena College(Autonomous) was founded by Msgr Antony Patrao who felt that a College in this part of the state would save the people of the inconvenience of moving to distant places for higher education. He set out to realize his dream and the mission was accomplished in the year 1958.

Workshop on Skill Enhacement

Post Graduate Department of Social Work had organised a one day workshop titled Skill Enhancement  on 25 January 2022.

Mrs Srimani ,Co-ordinator MSW department was resource Persons of this workshop. In this skill enhancemrnt programme  students were involved in the various activities related to

Self Awareness Skill,Problem Solving Skill,Critical thinking/ Creative thinking,Copying with Stress / Dealing with Emotions,Decision Making Skill .Mrs Prathibha, Faculty of MSW Dept. welcomed the gathering; Mr.Sheethal Kumar ,faculty did the vote of thanks.
